The company:

One of London’s leading privately-owned real estate agents is seeking an experienced Property Manager. They look after around 5000 homes across London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

This multiple award-winning Estate Agency specialises in new build developments with national and global property developers.

The Position:

You’ll have a target portfolio of around 135 properties and you will be the main point of contact for residents, landlords and contractors.

This role has a degree of flexibility in terms of which office you can work from as they have multiple offices across central and greater London.

Your main duties:

• Managing new tenancies and renewals
• Coordinating exchanges and removals
• Carry out periodic property inspections for your portfolio
• Deposit negotiations, returns and disputes
• Working with contractors obtaining quotes for works to be carried out, and then ensuring the work is carried out.

The person and skillset:

• At least one year Property Management experience is essential
• Exceptional verbal and written communicator
• Can prioritise and plan work effectively.
