Key Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will:

• Liaise with property landlords and tenants, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Create effective marketing strategies to showcase rental properties, ensuring they get noticed.
• Oversee a group of properties, making sure they perform well and keep clients happy.
• Conduct thorough property inspections, providing detailed reports to owners and addressing maintenance needs.
• Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring favourable terms.
• Prepare lease agreements and sales contracts, keeping everything legal and compliant.
• Keep an eye on market trends and industry developments to offer strategic insights.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for those glowing Google reviews.
• Work seamlessly with colleagues and management to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential lettings is essential.
• Driving license and access to a vehicle essential
• A confident understanding of Lettings Laws and Legislation.
