PROPERTY MANAGER

WEST BROMWICH

30 hours per week

Basic Salary 24,000 pro-rata

Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm

Our client is an independent multi-branch sales and lettings agents currently looking for an experienced part time Property Manager to join their busy lettings department at their West Bromwich Branch

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• First point of contact, handling enquiries and queries, providing advice and assistance to both existing and new landlords
• Ensuring landlords comply with current and relevant legislation
• Effectively handling all queries and any issues
• Maintaining compliant processes and procedures in line with legislation
• Identifying and developing new methods to improve processes and procedures
• Conducting regular property inspections and inventories
• Managing payments to landlords for the portfolio
• Ensuring the department offers first class customer service at all times

Key skills and characteristics required:

• Minimum of 2 years property management experience
• Knowledge of all aspects of property management
• Ability to manage and motivate others to achieve targets and deadlines
• Confident, professional communicator with landlords and tenants at all levels
• Well organised with a thorough approach to all processes and procedures
• High levels of accuracy with a keen eye for detail
• Full understanding of adhering to compliance and Government legislation
• Handling any issues and complaints in a prompt and efficient conclusion
