We are currently looking for a Property Manager to join our clients, an independent Lettings Agent in The Cambridge area. Our clients are offering a fantastic basic salary plus numerous perks and an excellent working environment

Working hours:

As a Property Manager, you will be required to work Monday Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

• £30,000 – £35,000 Basic
• Healthcare
• 25 days plus Bank Holiday

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have:

• Experience as a Property Manager
• Own Car (Mileage paid)
• Professional attitude

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

• Dealing with Property Maintenance issues by liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants
• Arranging Check Ins
• Carrying out Inspections
