This West London estate agency are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their winning team. There s a large property portfolio to manage, you must be motivated, organised and ready to take on a new challenge. They are looking for someone who is keen to make as much money as possible, build and develop their career in property and has the drive and passion to succeed in all areas of the business.

Role Duties:

• Managing all maintenance queries and repairs in properties
• Securing new business opportunities with new and existing landlords
• Responsible for move ins/check outs including conducting right to rent checks and scheduling rental viewings and registering interested applicants
• Responsible for organising end of tenancy cleans
• Managing relationships with tenants and landlords
• Upselling property management packages to existing landlords
• Recommending property management services to new Buy-to-Let landlords
