Our client, a well-established Independent Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Swindon.

This a great opportunity to join a reputable company.

Working hours of a Property Manager:

• Monday to Friday 8.45 am – 5.30 pm

In return, our clients are offering the successful Property Manager:

• £24,000 – £27,000 basic
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays (Can increase over time)
• Mileage paid 45p per mile

Ideally, to be considered for the Property Manager role you must have the following:

• Full UK driver’s license
• Computer Literate
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication both written and verbal

Key tasks of a Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Look after a portfolio of properties
• Deal with maintenance issues
• Conduct property inspections
• Deal with notices and rent arrears
• Act as point of contact for clients visiting the office
• Ensure smooth running of the tenancy
