Our client is an independent estate and letting agents with six offices between Worthing and Brighton. Their lettings business was founded in 2018 and has grown at an extraordinary rate, which is why they are seeking a Property Manager to join their growing team and provide vital support to their fast paced business.

They appreciate all the effort their team members put in to their careers and make sure that no achievement goes unnoticed. In fact, most of their Branch Managers and Senior Property Consultants have worked their way up from junior level; and our client would like to think that any new addition to their business could do the same.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Building relationships with both tenants and landlords
• Resolving property management queries
• Regular telephone interaction with contractors
• Responding to and organising property maintenance requests
• Booking and carrying out property inspections
