This is a new and exclusive role for an experienced Property Manager to provide support to the Residential Manager. This role will entail property management or residential lettings, which will entail client interaction and property maintenance.

Providing administrative duties in relation to the lettings of properties
You will be the first point of contact for the tenant which will entail dealing with queries regarding the property or tenancy agreements.
Dealing with contractors to organise maintenance on the properties.
Keep track of all queries and following up as work has been completed.
Internal administrative support which will include supporting the accounts department.
This is a full-time office-based role and will involve regular travel to tenants’ properties.
Previous experience working in the residential property industry.
Legal knowledge in relation to residential landlord & tenant legislation
Good communication skills and the ability to deal with tenants and contactors.
A high standard of organisation skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
Property maintenance experience
Strong administrative skills
Your own transport is needed for the travel involved in this role.
