This is a unique opportunity to join a prominent and well-established independent Letting Agent in Southampton. The Director is looking to hire an ambitious, professional, and focused Property Maintenance Coordinator.

The Property Maintenance Coordinator is a key member of a team responsible for managing a large portfolio of residential properties in and around Southampton. The role involves a range of duties such as reactive and proactive maintenance, mid-term property inspections, tenancy checkouts, processing of tenancy deposits, organising safety certificates, and ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Essential skills for the role include:

• Lettings negotiator, administration, or maintenance experience is essential
• An analytical person who can communicate well with clients – excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
• Ability to work closely with a team to ensure the department runs efficiently
• Strong organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Driven with a real desire to succeed, ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Genuine interest in property and people
• UK driving licence

The successful Property Manager will receive:

• A competitive salary of 28,000 – 34,000 pa (depending on experience)
