Main Purpose of role
The Project Manager will have responsibility for assisting the Director of Building Services in the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects on the Eaton Estate.
The role requires a proactive and adaptable individual with strong project management skill and experience. Working closely with the Director of Building Services, the role will require a hands-on approach and the successful individual will be expected to take direct responsibility for project delivery from inception to completion.
The type of projects the role will be involved with are very diverse, reflecting the varied property portfolio and activities of the Family Office. Values will typically range from £0.5 – £4m. Other tasks relating to the planned and reactive maintenance of the Family and operational properties may also form part of the core role.
Many of the buildings on the rural estates are either listed or within conservation areas. Therefore, experience or qualifications relating to the historic built environment would be an advantage.
