Principal Product Designer PropTech Hybrid Equity West LondonI’ve partnered with a client who is looking at reimagining the home-buying experience to make it a beautiful and delightful experience.They are profitable and have huge amounts of traction, having on boarded 20 of the biggest estate agents/ law firms in UK.You’ll be their first designer and you’ll be collaborating with the broader steam of engineers and product managers to ensure the delivery of the platform. Key responsibilities

• Mock-up low fidelity designs for co-creation workshops
• Produce high-fidelity designs to visually communicate product iterations to the development team
• Participate in continually discovering the most optimal digital user journeys for home buyers by learning deeply about our customers

The ideal candidate will have the following

• Significant experience designing beautiful digital products and a strong portfolio to support
• Ability to conducted lean customer testing with customers and stakeholders and translate this digital journeys that delight user
• Have created design systems and have the design methodology required to produce great designs consistently
• Passion to be part of a fast-paced dynamic team building a scaling product
• Have a positive attitude that radiates to the team.
