We are looking for an experienced lettings professional looking for a new career challenge!
Lomond is formed by a network of successful letting and estate agencies across the UK. Having secured private equity funding, the company has ambitious growth plans and we are now looking to strengthen our team as well as expand our service lines which includes Lomond Investment Management. Lomond Investment Management was set up in 2022 to look after Investor landlords with diverse and sizeable portfolios throughout the UK.
The Perks:
Basic salary of £28,000 per annum. On target earnings: £36,000 per annum.

The Role:
The main purpose of the role is to facilitate the prompt letting, whilst achieving the best rent value, of properties instructed to Lomond Investment Management across the length and breadth of the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
Take client instructions on new lettings mandates
Instruct the relevant Lomond regional office to provide a lettings valuation, advice on works recommended for let and to market the property for let as swiftly as possible
Market any properties that are out of the group regional footprint directly via Rightmove and OnTheMarket and work with partner suppliers e.g. Viewber to conduct viewings and negotiate offers
Where necessary, appoint a sub agent for let only services.
Work with regional teams to secure offers and achieve Lets.
Provide an account management service to the client/landlord to include regular updates and reporting that show key performance areas and present performance overview.
Promote Lomond services to secure further business mandates from clients either for Lomond Investment Management or to introduce directly to our regional businesses
Be the first and main point of contact for any client enquiries or concerns
What you’ll need:
Preferably ARLA qualified
Ideally, estate agency industry experience or significant knowledge of the property industry
Excellent client management and/or account management skills
Great customer service and sales skills
