A fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Sales Progressor to be part of a very established and dynamic team in East Sussex

This role is for someone who has tenacity, the ability to prioritise, rapport building skills and is 100% a team player. Your responsibilities will be to progress sales through to exchange of contract and subsequent completion, liaising with vendors and purchasers and other estate agents, using your tenacity to overcome hurdles and easily communicate with all of our team from negotiators to directors.

Person requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the housing sale process in England to assist our clients through their property journey
• Excellent people skills, communication skills
• Enthusiastic approach to work
• Able to successfully manage and liaise with a number of different people over a period of time
• Ability to work effectively from home when required (not initially, not guaranteed and not all the time)

Part-time – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (30 hours p/week)

• 8.30am – 5.00pm
• £12 p/hour (£18,720 pa)
• Discretionary bonus paid on performance and results, on successful completion of 6-month probationary period
