Part-Time Property Manager

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Property Manager based at a popular Estate and Letting Agent in King’s Lynn.

Location: King’s Lynn.

Hours: 3 days a week, 09:00-17:00 (flexible).

Responsibilities:

• Assist with lettings, sales, and property management.
• Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to check the condition of buildings and grounds.
• Communicate with residents, clients, and investors.
• Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Competent IT skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in Property Management is required.
• A valid driving licence is required.

Salary:

• Up to 15 an hour (dependent on experience).
