Our client is seeking a Property Administrator/PA to work initially on a part time basis but possibly increasing hours after 3 months. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working in the UK Property Industry and be available to start working for 3 – 5 hours per day. You will have experience of conveyancing procedures and sales progression which will include dealing with solicitors, agents and lenders as well as following up on client leads. You will have great multi tasking skills and be able to work to deadlines and have strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Docs, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive required as are excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. You will work remotely from home. 15 – 20P.H. Remote working
