A leading lettings and estate agents in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman to carry out routine maintenance and minor repair work on their extensive portfolio of residential properties in and around the Stoke-on-Trent area.

The role offers a competitive salary of £36,000 per year, a fuel card, cost of materials covered, and a good variety of work.

As the Multi-Skilled Tradesman you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Experienced in facilities management, maintenance and minor repair works on residential properties.
• Practical skills in DIY, plumbing and electrical knowledge are highly desirable.
• Familiar with health & safety guidelines.
• Hold a valid CSCS Card and trade-related certificates.
• You will be physically fit and have great interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own van and tools is essential.

You will be working from various locations in and around the Stoke-on-Trent area between 8.00am 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. NO WEEKEND WORK.

Appointment will be subject to right to work checks, satisfactory references and undertaking an online personality test.
