Salary: £30k – £35k + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000 and above)

Reed is proud to be working with an award-winning brokerage firm, who currently has a vacancy for an employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor. This opportunity would be perfect for an advisor who is ambitious and driven, ideally with whole of market experience – though an exceptional banking mortgage advisor would happily be considered.

This is a permanent full-time position with excellent salary and benefits.

The role is office based, with access to parking and convenient public transport links.

What will you be doing?

• Offer professional and impartial mortgage & protection advice
• Advise on life cover, critical illness cover, income cover and family income benefit ensuring customers are fully protected
• Provide excellent customer service, guiding customers through their mortgage journey
• Maintain comprehensive market knowledge and adhere to relevant compliance requirements and FCA regulations
• Liaise with lenders, estate agents, introducers and solicitors when required to ensure a smooth process for the customer from start to finish

About You:

• Ambitious, confident, and proactive
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• At least 1 year experience providing regulated mortgage advice
• Full CeMAP or CII qualifications or equivalent
