Title: Mortgage Advisor

This independent mortgage brokerage has recently started working with a busy estate agents so they are looking for an experience mortgage and protection advisor to join their team. Your leads will come directly from the estate agency. They are a whole of market brokerage based in Preston.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Having consultations with mortgage enquiries.
• Communicating with mortgage lenders.
• Getting information through fact-finding sessions with clients.
• Staying up to date with market conditions.
• Managing the company’s CRM system.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience
• CeMAP required
• Good communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
