A new and exclusive client in the heart of Medway is looking to recruit an e Mortgage Administrator who is looking to forge a career within the financial planning industry. This close knit team have the most intellectual senior management in their industry, who will be training you to be a well equipped Mortgage Administrator. Role created due to internal promotion from growth.

Duties of the Mortgage Administrator:

– Work collaboratively with the Mortgage advisor and build a strong relationship to ensure workflow is within timeframes for clients needs.

– Liaise with clients on their mortgage application and chase for certain documentation which is required to complete the mortgage application.

– Chase documents and information from lender and solicitors within a timely manner.

– Put the mortgage plan and application onto their CRM (IO) and update with relevant email correspondence, client details and documents.

– Construct the mortgage meeting packs for the initial meeting for the client and the Mortgage advisor.

– Liaise with clients regarding offer acceptance or decline.

– Send out invoices to relevant parties and chase if required for late payments.

– Communicating effectively and regularly with clients with updates on their mortgage application and show sympathy and empathy where required.

Requirement for the successful Mortgage Administrator:

– Experience within an estate agents, mortgage advisors etc.

– Need understanding of mortgage process.

– Office 5 days a week (essential)

– Strong attention to detail (essential)

– Has strong communication skills via the phone (essential)

– IT literate and can pick up systems quickly (Essential)

– Bubbly personality (essential)

– Quick learner (essential)

– Wants a career not just a job (essential)
