SALARY: £31k basic, increase basic to £41k within 12 months. (OTE; £45k Year 1, £60k Year 2, £85k+ Year 3)

My client is looking to take on 5 new starters prior to christmas. They are Londons fastest growing agency, based in Hammersmith – providing a best in class 12-week training programme, proven to be successful in creating top bookers across the business.

Fashion is a fast-paced, sales focused industry. You will be sourcing Models to fill castings, as well as developing your own portfolio of clients. It isn’t an easy role, but it pays off financially and socially. You will be working towards targets to earn commission and be rewarded well.
