Are you looking for a new challenge with an award winning, market leading independent Estate Agent? Our client is looking for a dynamic Lister to join their team in St Albans. They are looking for an articulate, enthusiastic and experienced Lister with 4+ year’s experience in Estate Agency and at least 2 year’s Valuing experience. You must hold a current UK driving licence and be a car owner.Salary package and benefits for the Lister position include:

• Basic £27,000
• OTE £45,000
• Car Allowance
• Career progression
• Mon-Fri working week with 1 in 3 Saturdays
• Company parties
• Parking at the office

The Skills and Experience needed for the Lister position include:

• 4+ year’s experience in Estate Agency with a minimum of 2 year’s Valuing experience
• A positive,energetic ‘can do’ approach
• Previous experience in demonstrating a winning mindset and increasing market share
• Ability to thrive in a busy office environment
• Be able to work under pressure maintaining attention to detail
• Engaging and charismatic personality
• Local knowledge of St Albans.
• Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car

The role of the Lister position will include the following:

• Business generation, prospecting and sourcing new clients
• Market appraisals and Valuations
• Meeting with clients building trusting relationships
• Keeping up to date with market value
• Possessing excellent negotiating skills
• Undertake some administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly
• Meet monthly personal sales and instruction targets
