Job DescriptionAt William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to go out as a Lettings Viewer and conduct viewings for our lettings team in branch in Lincoln.A quick look at the roleIn this role you will be helping potential buyers by carrying out viewings and assisting with any queries in a professional and efficient manner. Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Estate Agent

• Has customer Service or lettings experience
• Capable of generating new business
• Has a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
• Excellent timemanagement
• Strong organisational skills
• Has a full UK Driving License and own vehicle
