FORWARD THINKING Independent Estate & Lettings Agent looking for a LETTINGS VALUER to join their dynamic team. This professional and highly driven team of property experts are located in the West of Nottingham and cover both Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. They offer a comprehensive list of services to landlords including property maintenance, investment and portfolio management.

Job Role:

• Generating new business
• Conducting all lettings valuations
• Marketing of all new instructions including photography and floorplans
• Maximise all business opportunities
• Build and develop relationships with landlords
• Advise landlords on marketing, market conditions and investment opportunities
• Management take ons

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Lettings valuation experience preferred
• Must be proactive and hungry for success, results will be rewarded

Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-2pm
