Lettings Portfolio Manager required for one of London’s finest estates £55,000 – £65,000 pa Chelsea, Central London – Monday to Friday role

Acting for the landlord of one of London’s finest estates as Lettings Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for a prime portfolio of properties dealing with high-net-worth tenants

• Salary £55,000 – £65,000 pa, dependent upon experience, please note this is not a commission based role
• Exceptional package of company benefits
• Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm
• Candidates must have very good experience of the residential lettings market preferably in Central London
• ARLA Propertymark qualifications or equivalent are required

As Lettings Portfolio Manager in this varied and interesting role you will

• Be responsible for a prime portfolio of properties dealing with high-net-worth tenants
• Act as deputy to the Head of Residential Lettings
• Lead and manage a Portfolio Team of three people
• Be responsible for all aspects of the marketing and letting process on your portfolio
• Oversee and manage portfolio and tenancy processes, including relationships with agents
• Take full control of development handover process on all new developments
• Represent The Estate in a professional manner in all dealings with advisers, contractors, tenants and the public

Candidates must have:

• Very good experience of the residential lettings market preferably in Central London
• An excellent track record in lettings Portfolio Management
• A thorough understanding of current residential lettings legislation – ARLA qualifications preferred
• Experience of managing a team
• Excellent people skills both in managing a team and dealing with customers
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess sound numerical and IT skills to include MS packages and experience of property management software
• Be based within easy commute of the Central London offices
