Location: Islington

Basic salary: basic salary, with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme

We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator to join our extremely successful team in Islington. We are looking for an individual who wants to stand out from the crowd, thrive on success and relish working in a competitive, professional environment. As home to some of the most successful estate agents in London, the successful candidate will work to exceptionally high standards and take pride in their success, but also the success of their team and the company as a whole.

Responsibilities will include:

• Registering interest and arranging viewings
• Manage offer process from start to finish
• Liaising with management with all aspects relating to the lettings process
