Our client has a key member of staff going on maternity leave and is looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to work as part of the team in their Exeter office.

The role will involve responsibility for the complete rental process from client acquisition, property take on, applicant management, tenancy management and property management.

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator position candidates must have experience in this sector, and have a passion for property, good attention to detail and a friendly manner when dealing with clients; mostly on the telephone is essential.

In return you will receive a good overall earnings package with a basic salary of £23,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.
