Our client is a successful and established independent estate agent.

They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator who can work within their busy and successful Isleworth branch.

The successful candidate will have estate agency lettings experience and a customer service background.

You must be very presentable, well-spoken and have strong customer service skills.

You will actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and meet customer’s high service expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting viewings
• Dealing with customers on the telephone and face to face
• Understanding customer needs and selling to those needs as appropriate – lead generation and target achievement.
• Book and conduct viewings.
• Closing Deals
• Creating Brand Awareness

Our client will give full training to the successful candidate.

You must have a current driving licence and your own car to be considered for this role.

Five-day week working 1-3 Saturdays.
