One of the fastest-growing estate agents in Stevenage now requires a Lettings Negotiator to join the team. The Director is looking for an individual who can provide excellent customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Although some lettings experience would be beneficial, the Director is also considering applicants wanting to start a career in the lettings industry.

• You will receive a competitive base salary of 18,000 – 20,000 pa
• The commission is given per let, and the portfolio includes high-spec HMOs
• The OTE of 30 – 35,000 pa is very achievable
• Commission is uncapped
• The portfolio will grow again this year with a business acquisition in the pipeline
• Staff retention is high, and the Director values each member of the team
• Additional commission available from property sales during busy periods

The role responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying and screening tenants
• Ensuring compliance throughout the lettings process
• Attending viewing appointments
• Processing tenant applications
• Uploading property details for advertisements
• Reporting property condition on check-out appointments
• Covering the sales department during business periods

Skills and experience required:

• A full UK driving license and own car
• Previous lettings experience would be beneficial but not essential
• A focus on five-star customer service levels
• Computer literate
• An individual who is self-motivated
