Lettings Negotiator – Estate Agent in Muswell Hill

Essentials – Driving licence & sales experience

OTE up to £60k – Basic salary up to £23k dependent on experience – Car and petrol allowance paid

5 day week + every other weekend off – NO SUNDAYS!

The Role:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings, negotiating between landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff.

Requirements:

• A full Driving Licence

• Proven experience in a sales position

• Self-driven with a can do attitude

• Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators

• Interest in property

• Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written

• Ability to confidently persuade and influence others

• Well organised

• A natural Negotiator
