Leading agent looking for an experienced Lettings Manager or Lister to manage their East Dulwich office

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced lettings manager or lister to run and manage the office. You will need to be ambitious and work hard to achieve exceptional results, assisted by industry leading technology, back office support functions and wide-reaching marketing strategies to support both you and your customers. This allows you to spend your time focusing on developing the portfolio & training your lettings team in order to hit & exceed targets.

Responsibilities for this Lettings Manager role will include:

• Delivering the highest level of service to all clients
• Increasing market share and supporting business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
• Conducting quality valuations and win lettings instructions
• Working closely with senior management on high profile instructions and landlords
• Ensuring regular contact with landlord and tenants
