Salary:£28,000.00 to £40,000.00 per year basic OTE £60k+

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30amto18:00pm with Alternative Saturdays

This is a great opportunity to join my clients successful office with 500+ properties on their books. My client are a independent agent and have a strong Lettings team and department.As the Lettings Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of, including property Lettings, valuations, and bringing on new landlords and registering new applicants as well as managing and training current negotiators.

This role is 50% winning business and 50% management and compliance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of Lettings department
• Ensuring adherence to company standards and current legislation
• Securing new business opportunities
• Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
• Offering great customer service over phone and in person
• Achieving personal and branch targets
• Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience at the Lettings manager level
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential lettings
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• A valid UK driving license
