Our client are looking for a talented individual to grow their guardian customer base with ideal property guardians.

This role is based across London, working on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging and conducting property viewings for residential licensees
• Vetting potential residential licensees
• Driving to and from viewings
• Achieving placement KPIs

Skills/Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in real estate
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Sales and promoting properties effectively
• Experience in meeting targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management
• The ability to make informed decisions quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to comprehend information
• Good organization
