Lettings Administrator

• Options of either full time hours working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm or part time working 3 or 4 full days from 8.30am to 5.30pm and hybrid working between Chelmsford and home.
• This exciting position will suit someone working in Property Management, Lettings Administration and / or Renewals or a Lettings Negotiator who does not want to work weekends.
• The successful candidate will provide vital support to the tenancy renewals team.

Lettings Administrator

• Duties will include preparing tenancy agreements and related paperwork, processing general admin queries from landlords and tenants.
• Maintaining up to date property records on the internal system and undertaking various internal admin duties linked to active tenancies.
• Therefore excellent communication skills both electronically and verbally are essential, as is a sound basic knowledge of the Lettings process.
• Successful candidates will also need to be very well organised and believe strongly in delivering a very high level of customer service on a consistent basis.

• From day one you will focus wholly on the Lettings process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. You will be the face of the company and the quality of service given by their staff is of paramount importance.

Remuneration: Full time salary £20,000 to £22,000, depending on related experience and this will be adjusted accordingly if working 3 or 4 days a week.
