Letting Agent (Must drive)

We are thrilled to be offering a rare chance to work for one of the most prestigious and well-regarded Sales and Lettings businesses in the area. Our client has a rare opportunity to join its successful Kendal office in their Letting department.

Although experience would be an advantage but this isn’t essential. (Must drive)

What is important is that you are:

• A confident and friendly people person
• Organized and able to manage your time well
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Confident both face-to-face and on the telephone
• To be knowledgeable on the local area

Some of your daily duties will be:

• Arrange and conduct viewings, showing out vendors houses in the best possible light
• Secure offers from applicants and skilfully negotiate with our vendors
• Keep an up to to date CRM system and know who this weeks hot applicants are
• Arrange valuations
• Provide accurate and prompt feedback on all viewings
• Building relationships with contractors, cleaners and suppliers; obtaining quotes from contractors.
• We would also ask that you keep up-to-date with the law related to lettings and ensure all aspects of our lets meet with legal requirements.
