New opportunity has arisen with this long-established private practice who are seeking a Legal Secretary to assist the property team with their busy residential property caseload in their day-to-day work. Located on the high street, this firm have built strong links and relationships with clients and estate agents and are well known throughout the region. The role will incorporate a mix of tasks with an element of traditional secretarial work, such as dictation, typing, taking calls, scanning/filing, diary management, meeting preparation and other ad-hoc secretarial tasks. We are ideally looking for a legal secretary with previous experience of the conveyancing process or an estate agency background and diary management will be an essential requirement of the role. Additional skills would include a good telephone manner, a team player and the ability to prioritise work effectively. The role offers a good variety of work and would suit a Legal Secretary who is looking at either career progression or a change.
