About Us:
A PLC and prominent player in the industry with a diverse portfolio of properties. They are committed to maximising the value of their real estate assets and are looking for an experienced Property Disposals Manager to join the team. This role is crucial in driving the strategic disposal of properties, ensuring optimal financial outcomes, and supporting the company’s growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Disposals: Lead and manage the disposal process for surplus properties, ensuring timely and profitable transactions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify optimal disposal strategies and potential buyers.
• Valuation and Pricing: Work with internal and external valuation experts to determine accurate property values and set competitive pricing strategies.
• Sales Negotiation: Handle negotiations with potential buyers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with the company s financial objectives.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all disposals comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external agents, and legal advisors to facilitate smooth and efficient disposal processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of disposals and provide regular reports to senior management on progress, market trends, and financial outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with property disposals, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property disposals, real estate sales, or a similar role, preferably within a PLC or large corporate environment.
• Professional Membership: MRICS or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of property market dynamics and valuation techniques.
