Picton West is working with a market leading Estate Agency in Dorset and together we are recruiting for a Junior Sales Negotiator.

The Junior Sales Negotiator will join a stable team and will learn from seasoned Estate Agents. Experience within property is not required for this role, however an excellent attitude, enthusiasm and great customer facing skills are! The role would suit a recent graduate or perhaps someone from a retail or telesales background.

Duties of the Junior Sales Negotiator role include:

• Registering applicants
• Matching applicants to available properties
• Scheduling viewings
• Carrying our viewings
• Negotiating sales

Due to the nature of the role the successful Junior Sales Negotiator will be required to work a 5 day week covering Saturdays, and a full driving licence with own car is essential.
