Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Delivery Consultant/Resourcer – Bristol/hybrid working – £20,000 – £25,000 + uncapped commission (realistically £15-£20k+ in year 1)

We are currently looking for an Italian speaker to join our busy European team, supporting our Italian consultant source suitable applicants for tech and IT vacancies across Italy, guiding them through their application, interview and job offer journey to ensure we help them find the very best next career move.

To apply all you need is strong Italian language skills and experience of working with customers. This could be in either a telesales or a face to face capacity (successful team members have so far come from working in restaurants, bars, estate agents and retail), or some form of B2B (business to business) sales. Bonus points if you have some recruitment experience already (doesn t need to be in tech).
