We are excited to announce new opportunities available to join our talented and passionate team of Inbound Sales Advisors based at our Contact Centre in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

As part of the role, you’ll be the first point of contact for Yopa’s Buyers and Sellers across the UK, handling incoming calls and emails when registering customers for valuations and viewings through the Yopa Hub platform, matching customers with their dream home and delivering a personal service throughout. You’ll build rapport and be comfortable with assessing customers’ needs and provide recommendations on a range of additional products and services Including Mortgage Advice and Legal support.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• An understanding of an estate agency is desirable but not essential- we provide you with all the training you need to excel in this role!
• Experience In up-selling additional products and services desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practice, knowledge, resource, and ideas
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Computer literate and tech savvy. Training in company software/systems will be provided.
• Flexible attitude to working hours as some weekend working will be required.
