Single Homeless Project has a new opportunity for a Housing Procurement Officer to join and work in our team based in Lambeth. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours and in return, you will receive a competetive starting salary of £28,897.95 and rising incrementally to £31,646.66 per annum.

About the Housing Procurement Officer role:
Our PRS Resettlement Service in Lambeth supports vulnerable individuals with the aim of addressing their support needs and tackling the obstacles preventing them from moving on to settled accommodation.
As the Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining new links with landlords and housing providers in the private rented sector to secure suitable move on accommodation for our clients. The role will act as a point of contact to landlords and maintain contact with tenants once they have moved into their accommodation.
This is an exciting opportunity for those with a professional real estate/estate agent/landlord engagement background and are looking to switch sectors.
