You will be providing assistance to the area housing team delivering services to the tenants in the south London region.
To support all operational activities
To complete housing benefit applications
Liaise with support staff to ensure relevant information for the tenancy and any benefit claims is obtained and updated.
Inputting and updating data on housing management systems including tenancy changes , keeping updated records relating to tenants, contacts, suppliers and estate agents.
Producing Reports
To introduce and maintain effective filling systems.
To maintain office and stationery supplies.
You will need knowledge of the general benefit and housing systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
