We are currently seeking a passionate Head of Sales to provide leadership to the Sales Team, develop strategic sales plans for all Lamington Group and room2 properties across all market segments and building strong relationships with clients, becoming a brand ambassador within the industry.

Our Head of Sales role manages all aspects of the sales department for Lamington Apartments and room2 hotels (a portfolio of 5 properties). You will be leading the sales team, creating and implementing strategic sales plans and building/developing enduring customer relationships.
Working closely with our Revenue Management, Marketing, and Reservations teams, you will pull in support from across the Commercial function to ensure that the revenue goals are achieved and exceeded for all properties in our portfolio.
You’ll be based at head office and required to travel occasionally between accounts and hotel locations to undertake business meetings, attend events and carry out other sales initiatives.
