Head of Property Management/Lettings

A highly established and leading Estate Agent has an excellent opportunity for a Head of Property Manager with listing experience in lettings for their office based in Wanstead. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly professional team environment who pride themselves on providing a comprehensive service to all customers whether sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants etc.

Salary: £40,000+ Bonuses (negotiable for experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm and 1 in 5 Saturday 10:00am – 4:00pm (5-day week including Sat)

DUTIES:

• Managing a small portfolio of 60 properties

• Conducting Property Valuations

• Conducting Viewings

• Renewals

• Registering deposits including dealing with deposits disputes

• Handling Insurance Claims

• Serving Section 21, 13 & 8 Notices

• Knowledge of Goodlord system a bonus

• Knowledge of Fixflo system a bonus

• Organising Inventories/Check in’s/out/Inspections

• Dealing with maintenance/contractors

• Help guide, a team of 4-5 experienced Property Managers

The successful candidate will be an organised and effective team player with demonstrable sales and negotiation skills and a proven track record of exceeding targets within a lettings environment. You will require excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
