Job Opportunity: Head of Property Management
Salary: £70K-£80K
Your location: Ideal candidates will be based in the South East. However providing you are able to get attend client meetings within London when required this can also be considered.

Role Overview:
As the Head of Property Management, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. Reporting directly to the COO, you will manage 2 direct reports and 8 indirect reports, ensuring smooth operations, a focus on compliance and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Complaint Management: Handle escalated complaints from leaseholders, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Process Implementation: Develop and implement structured processes, transforming our operations into a “Centre of Excellence.”
• Communication & Training: Liaise with our accounts team, ensuring consistent training and process alignment across the board.
• Compliance & Safety: Understand and manage compliance, including EWCs and H&S, working with specialists to maintain high standards.
