Graduate L&T Surveyor Job APC Support Office, Industrial & Retail Property

Opportunity for a Graduate to join a highly regarded and growing commercial property team, supporting both their L&T department.

The Company:

An independent firm of chartered surveyors, commercial property agents and retail/ leisure property consultants offering a high quality, comprehensive and professional property service. Due to a period of significant growth, this ambitious and forward-looking organisation is seeking a Graduate L&T Surveyor to join their highly successful business.

The Job:

The Graduate L&T Surveyor role will involve supporting the professional services department of the business, predominantly working across L&T. The job will involve advising on landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, and 3rd party disputes.

The ideal candidate must have:

The L&T Surveyor will ideally hold a property-related degree, knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant law and valuation is highly desirable. APC support is on offer for the right individual.
