JOB TITLE: Graduate Scheme in Recruitment Consultancy

LOCATION: London

SALARY: 24k basic as a Trainee (this will rise to a 28k basic within 6 months) + OTE 40k in your first year, 60k in your second

THE ROLE OF A GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

You will work in an office environment and on phones dealing with candidates and clients on a daily basis

Cold calling to win new business

Writing adverts

Screening CV’s

Interviewing candidates

Negotiating terms of business

Maintain successful client relationships

Hitting targets/earning commission and celebrating your success each month

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS

Outgoing, confident personality

Influencing and negotiation skills

Be able to think outside the box

Excellent communication skills- both written and oral

Ideally looking for a graduate from with a 2:1 or above. Sales experience will strengthen your application, although due to the excellent training program on offer it is not essential.
