Finance Manager – Projects – up to £55k per annum A Finance Manager is needed to work for a leading Charity organisation based in Godalming. You will be a fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience and be reliable, dedicated and enthusiastic about your role. The right person will be approachable, have excellent people management skills and take initiative. The role Be the financial representative on a Project Team that will oversee a £1.2m refurbishment of their hub services. Join the committee working on the transition of the Charitable Trust into three separate Charitable Incorporated Organisations. Work with the Finance Manager (Operations) on producing the annual budget and management reports. Provide day-to-day financial support to the Foundation CIO staff team (including the General Manager, the Head of Facilities and Estates, the Head of Hospitality and the Care Home Manager). Provide financial support and advice to the Finance Administrator and to the stakeholders involved with project work across Africa and the Middle East. Attend Trustee Board meetings as required. Provide support as required to the Director of Finance and Business Administration. To work with the Head of Estates and Facilities on key projects To liaise with Investment Managers as required. To act as Secretary to the Finance Advisory Committee. To act as line manager for the Finance Administrator. To ensure the organisation is compliant with finance related legislation and best practice and Charity Law and Governance. Provide financial support and advice to the 3 English communities in Clapham, Portsmouth and Coventry. Provide financial support and advice to the Environmental Awareness subcommittee. To take the lead in liaising with Estate Agents and Solicitors on the sale or purchase of properties.
