Job Title: Facilities Manager

Team: Site – Edinburgh Technopole

Role Summary: You will join one of the UK’s leading managing agents as a Facilities Manager at Edinburgh Technopole Science Park. You’ll work closely with the Client Director to ensure exceptional management of the campus, providing top-notch service to occupiers and clients. Your role involves overseeing all operations, compliance, marketing, and community engagement efforts while supervising operational teams to maintain the highest standards of management, maintenance, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site communications with occupiers, community, and scientific networks.
• Foster relationships with local authorities, government bodies, and industry and academic communities.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures while managing budgets and operational activities.
• Lead change management efforts and represent client values.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar environment with a network of industry or academic contacts preferred.
• Marketing and science-based experience desirable.
• Customer service and budget management expertise required.
• Experience managing a team is essential.

Experience and Salary:

• Experience working for a managing agent is required.
• Salary up to 46,000 per annum, based on experience.
