Purpose of the Executive Lettings Manager role:

We are looking for an experienced lettings manager to create the largest active on market share of any agent in the area and to maximise Branch s profit. High Wycombe branch is a well-established Successful office across both Sales & Lettings and we are looking for someone who can maintain this as well as maximise the branch’s full potential within the Lettings market.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Executive Lettings Manager:

• To create the largest overall market share on exchanged/let business.
• Exceed the branch s budgeted income levels for residential income, lettings income and all 3rd party income lines.
• Exceed personal budgets and targets.
• Hit bonus scheme targets on a quarterly basis.
• Branch performance and contribution
• Performance against key activity targets including referrals.
• Business creation in all key areas
• Personal Client Visit generation
• Property register management
• Client Visit to instruction conversion personally and for the branch
• Operational Audit adherence
• Brand guidance adherence
• Potential log & Opportunity log standards
• NG notes standards
• Client Standards Branch Pre-Client Visit database development.
• Branch phone call activity levels dashboard
• Sales and Lettings core priorities
• Staff Development
• Third Party income generation

Experience/knowledge requirements for Executive Lettings Manager role.

• Previous Estate Agency experience within lettings
• Experience managing a team
• Area Knowledge
• Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
• Be able to work effectively managing a team.
• Be motivated and enthusiastic.
• Display high standards of service and presentation.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
• Be a vehicle owner with a full driving license.
