Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Lettings Managers or a current EXECUTIVE LETTINGS MANAGER to join our dynamic team based in our High Wycombe. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who will play a pivotal role in driving the lettings department while surpassing revenue targets. As the EXECUTIVE LETTINGS MANAGER, you will be reporting to the Regional Director and you must be able to show leadership and inspire our talented lettings team, while crafting and implementing effective strategies to ensure our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• To create the largest active on market share of any agent in the area
• To create the largest overall market share on let business
• To maximise branch profit
• Exceed the branch s budgeted income levels for income lettings and all 3rd party income lines
• Exceed personal budgets and targets
• Hit bonus scheme targets on quarterly basis

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in estate agency lettings
• Track record in letting appraisals and with a good consistent conversion rate.
• Own vehicle and full UK driving licence (including business use car insurance)
• Customer service excellence
• Property industry experience
• Be a people person and have attention to detail
• Familiar with the use of IT systems
• A desire to excel in the lettings industry

Hours of work:

• Monday – Friday 8.45am – 6.00pm
• Saturdays 1 in 4 10.00am – 3.00pm

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
Basic salary £27,000 – £43,000
OTE £79,000
